Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Gravity Slingshot (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Solana Wallet Integration

Gravity Slingshot requires a connection to a compatible Solana wallet (e.g., Phantom, Solflare) via the Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter.

Non-Custodial: We do not have access to your private keys or funds.
Security: You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet.
Transactions: Any on-chain interaction initiated through the App is subject to Solana network fees (gas). We are not responsible for transaction failures or lost assets.

4. Grant of License

Dusan Krajan grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment on supported Android devices.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:

Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
Use cheats, automation software, or hacks to gain an unfair advantage.
Use the App for any illegal purposes under the laws of Indonesia or your local jurisdiction.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, Dusan Krajan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or digital assets.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia.
