• Device Information: We may collect basic device data (OS version, hardware model) to ensure the WebGL engine performs correctly.
• Game Progress: Scores and high speeds are stored locally on your device or associated with your public key.

3. How We Use Information

• To facilitate gameplay and manage game sessions.
• To improve App performance and fix bugs.
• To verify identity through the Solana blockchain.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

• Blockchain: Your public address and any on-chain transactions are public by nature on the Solana blockchain.
• Wallet Providers: When connecting, you interact with third-party wallet apps (like Phantom). Please refer to their respective privacy policies.
• We do not sell your data to third parties.

5. Security

We implement industry-standard measures to protect any data collected. However, since the App uses a non-custodial wallet connection, the primary security of your assets remains with you.

6. User Rights (GDPR/Local Law)

Users have the right to request information about their data. Since we do not collect personal identifiers like names or emails (unless you contact us via support), your data is primarily linked to your public wallet address.
